Minimum requirements for medical reviewers: - Full registration with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC), Malaysian Nursing Board (MNB), or equivalent Allied Health Professions authority - Minimum five years of clinical experience in a relevant specialty (geriatric medicine, palliative care, general practice, nursing, physiotherapy, or pharmacy) - Current Annual Practising Certificate - No undisclosed conflicts of interest with any care facility, pharmaceutical company, or insurance provider featured on the platform
