Our care team consists of dementia care specialists who receive extensive training in validation therapy, behavioral management, communication techniques for those with limited verbal ability, and person-centered care approaches. We maintain an exceptional 1:4 staff-to-resident ratio during the day, ensuring each person receives personalized attention, meaningful engagement, and close monitoring. A registered nurse is on duty 24/7, supported by our medical director who specializes in geriatric psychiatry.
