We have registered nurses on duty 24/7, regular visits from physicians (twice weekly), on-site physiotherapy services, medication management, blood pressure and glucose monitoring, and wound care. For emergencies, we have direct partnerships with nearby hospitals and ambulance services.

How do you handle dietary restrictions and preferences?

Our kitchen prepares customized meals to accommodate dietary restrictions, religious requirements (Halal, vegetarian), medical diets (diabetic, low-sodium), and personal preferences. Family members can discuss specific dietary needs with our nutrition team during admission.

While we do not directly process EPF withdrawals, we can provide detailed invoices and medical documentation that clients can submit to EPF for healthcare-related withdrawals. For insurance, we provide the necessary receipts and reports for you to claim from your insurance provider.
